You can order directly from our website. After purchasing custom charms, message us using the Contact Us form and reference your order # and the design you are wishing to create. We will contact you shortly to discuss it's creation and design options.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment for your order is made via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, don't worry, you will have the option of using a debit or credit card.
When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller, and you can pay using only your email address and password.
What are the guarantees and warranty?
Charmz 4 u offers the highest quality of stainless steel in our products. The products are tested for their durability, strength, and their non-allergic traits/ non-tarnishing qualities.
In addition to our high product standards, we are committed to providing superior customer service. Our customers are the most important part of our business and we rely on referrals from our satisfied customers to add to our client family.
While custom pieces are not returnable, we make sure you are completely satisfied prior to placing your order. We will supply a mock-up of the design we create and unless you absolutely "love it", we will not proceed with production.
If after receiving the product and you are not totally happy with the product, Charmz 4 u will make every effort to insure your satisfaction. Please contact us with your concerns within 10 days.
How to get a coupon or discount points?
Send us a message via the Contact Us form requesting subscription in our Sterling Client Program and receive periodic updates on new products, upcoming promotions/sales, enrollment in our Customer Referral Bonus program, and enrolling into Loyal Rewards Program.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom orders take 2.5ish weeks to receive. They are mailed to you via USPS Priority mail with a tracking # and you will be provided a tacking # when it is on it's way to you.
Non-custom items are engraved and processed within 7 days based on production schedule and shipped to you via USPS Priority mail with a tracking #. USPS priority takes 1 to 3 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking # when your order is shipped.
Do you have a layaway program?
Yes. You can create a layaway account with no required fee or set payment plan.
Here are the steps to create your layaway:
Prior to placing your order, take a screenshot of your order. Do NOT hit the button Make Your Order. Contact us via the Contact Us form and let us know you want to enter your order as part of the Layaway Program. In turn, we will send you an invoice via email with the items you desire. At that time, you can pay a small fee of your choice (as small as $1) to open the Layaway Program. Your invoice will remain open and you may make a payment whenever you want for whatever amount you wish until the invoice is paid in full.
When the invoice is paid in full, your order will be shipped to you via USPS priority mail with tracking information.
